Ingersoll Gender Center performs needs-assessment and basic community research to help Ingersoll and other allied organizations craft and refine programs and services, and to influence public policy to benefit transgender and gender-variant people.

Perspectives Northwest - Community Needs Assessment Survey

In 2006 and 2007, Ingersoll took the lead in executing, analyzing and publishing the results of a broad-based, needs-assessment survey for the trans and gender-variant community in the Northwest.  The results of this survey have helped Ingersoll and other organizations to better understand the changing demographics and needs of our complex and diverse communities.
